Rita is a Family Constellations facilitator, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Avatar Master. She holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and as an undergraduate, she majored in Philosophy, with an emphasis on Heidegger's Phenomenology. 

Rita has presented numerous weekend workshops, including Family Constellations work at the 2007 Wisconsin Marriage and Family Therapy Association Conference and the 2007 U.S. Family Constellation Conference.  She has been interviewed on Wisconsin Public Radio and local newspapers on such topics as suicidality, depression, stress, and the increase in teenage bullying.

Rita had the privilege of being introduced to the work of Family Constellations by Peter deVries in 2001. Peter is a Certified Family Constellations Practitioner and Faciliator Trainer based in the Bay Area.    

Rita's work is compassion in motion.  The goal of her work is to help others live more fully and authentically with deeper connections to self and others.
